Innovation in Brazil

Despite of having such a great production in music, films and art in general, when it comes to technology, science, urban planing and others, Brazil usually shows a lack of inventiveness and pionerism if compared to other countries.
Brazil prefer to import technologies that already succeed in other countries than create by itself what would fit the best to the country.

That´s why I´m glad that brazillian government finally started talking about innovation by investing in high level education and creating a program that will send over 70 000 brazillians to study in universities abroad with scholarships in the next 4 years.
